1. Data We Collect

• Account details: email, display name
• Trip data: destinations, budgets, votes, activities
• Usage data: how you interact with Huddl, Lumi AI, and Discord bot
• Technical info: device/browser logs

2. How We Use Data

• To coordinate trips and group decisions
• To improve Lumi AI responses (we don't use your data for public AI training)
• To send reminders and notifications
• To improve Huddl's performance

3. AI & Third Parties

Huddl uses Google Gemini API (primary) and OpenAI (fallback) for Lumi AI. Data sent is limited to what's needed for answers. Discord integration follows Discord's own policies.

4. Data Retention

Your data is stored while your account is active. During beta, features may change, and some trip data may not be kept permanently.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion anytime by emailing hello@letshuddl.com.

6. Security

We use Firebase Authentication and encryption for sensitive data. No service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
